Step 1: Ensure requirements

Requirements for Admission to Grade 12

Number 1: Age: Students must not be 19 years of age before 1st January 2026.

Number 2: Students should have:

(i) passed SC with a minimum of three (3) Credits obtained at one and the same sitting.

(ii) have obtained G.C.E "O" Level in five (5) subjects with a minimum of Grade C in three (3)

subjects and at least a Grade E in English at one and the same sitting.

(iii) Where a student has obtained Four (4) CREDITS (or Grade C at GCE "O" level) at one and the same sitting but has a pass (or Grade E at GCE "O" level) in the third subject to be offered at Principal Level, he/she may exceptionally be allowed to offer the same subject at Principal Level.

Step 2: Choose your main subjects for Grade 12

Subject combinations at ICCVDP are chosen from three pools: POOL A, POOL B and POOL C. Each subject chosen from the pool will represent the principal (Main) subject that you will sit for in Grade 12 and Grade 13.

* Students may offer any one of these subjects at principal level although they have not studied the subject at O Level provided they meet condition (iv) as stipulated in the Requirements section above.
